Repair service information

DEVIREPA offers independent mobile, tablet, laptop, computer and game console repair enquiries in West London, by appointment only. We do not operate as a walk-in shop. Collection and delivery are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Quotes and authorisation

Contacting us or submitting a quote request does not authorise paid diagnostics or repairs. We will explain the scope and price of chargeable work and seek your approval before starting. A quotation may change if additional faults are discovered, but additional chargeable work requires your agreement.

Diagnostics

An initial enquiry or indicative estimate is free. If detailed physical diagnostics are needed, our standard diagnostic charge is £25, only when expressly agreed before work starts. If you approve the quoted repair afterwards, this £25 is credited against the repair price rather than charged twice.

Device data and condition

Please back up important data where possible, disclose known damage and remove unnecessary accessories before handover. We do not seek permission to browse personal content. A reset, erasure or work presenting a special risk to data needs separate authorisation.

Warranty and rights

We intend to provide an additional 90-day workmanship and fitted-parts warranty from the date a repaired device is returned, subject to the individually agreed written terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not restricted by any voluntary warranty.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Before a booking becomes binding, we will explain applicable cancellation rights, any express request for early service, deposits, and the agreed collection or return arrangements. Refunds are handled according to the service provided, applicable consumer law and the written agreement. A payment does not automatically make it non-refundable.
