Enquiries

When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode, device type and fault description. We use these details to answer your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange an appointment, and keep records of communications where necessary. Please do not send device passwords, private files or sensitive photos in an enquiry.

If you go ahead with a repair, we may also need device identification, a record of its visible condition, repair notes, agreed prices and payments, and delivery details where applicable. We process this information to provide the requested service, comply with applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate disputes.

Services we use

Website hosting and technical security may involve Vercel. Enquiries sent through WhatsApp are handled using WhatsApp's service; emails are handled by our email provider. Internal repair records are stored using Supabase. These providers handle information under their applicable arrangements. Technical request logs may include IP addresses. Any non-essential tracking should be subject to applicable consent requirements.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or erasure where the law allows, or object to relevant processing. Some records may have to be retained for accounting, legal claims or other legal duties. Email us with “Privacy” in the subject line. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
